I believe in cultivating good new habits and to continuously practising them. To avoid procrastination, to listen and clarify, and practice knowledge sharing. Procrastination will result in task not being completed, delayed, or forgotten, and most of time, triggers unnecessary anxiety and stress. Listen and clarify allows me to understand the message and motif to fill up my repository of knowledge. Knowledge sharing provides me with avenue to assess whether my current understanding is correct and to make corrections based on the feedback received.

I am adopting a laissez-faire leadership style as half of my team-members have been working in the company for more than 10 years. With minimum supervision, I am devoting most of my time to financial reporting and analytical support to the BD and operation team.

As a HR professional with over 15 years of experience across different industries, my passion for HR has never waned. To me, this is not just a job but a lifelong career.
